		<description>I think walking into it blindly is actually a good piece of advice. I heard a saying a long time ago that 99% of the things we worry about actually never happen... and it seems that&#039;s the case with vertigo for me -- I worry more about it than I actually should.

The cold does make things tougher, but I keep thinking to myself: &quot;how many times have I had a cold before?&quot; I&#039;ve had loads of colds, and none of them ever killed me... :D

However my team (Manchester United) is playing tommorow so I am out to the pub with the lads, first time since September! To be honest most of the time, when it gets tough, I just walk into it blindly thinking &#039;if I hit the floor It may hurt but I wont die&#039;
