SLEEP FEAR:

I sleep with about 3-4 pillows jammed under my head, so I sleep on a 20%-30% incline. Otherwise, lying flat, I get bedspins (like when you get hammered and come home, flop in bed) - well, that has been 3 years - and I DO NOT DRINK.

I do not smoke, do not drink and have been reduced to a ball of anger, frustration and restlessness. I cannot nap, lying down almost makes me ill. I cannot relax. Deep breathing sometimes even makes it worse at times.

Thank you all for your posts, I hate to say I am glad others out there feel like me, because I wish this on nobody, but it gives me some sanity.

If my wife left me, I would understand, I drive her (12 years of marriage) and everyone else around me batty with this "illness". I won't call it a disease, but I will say I am "sick" from it after 3 years.

In some ways, I am getting worse.
